Well, okay then. I bought this sight-unseen, hoping for a "good SOG knife", but not holding out a lot of hope (because knives are finicky, not because it's SOG). I have a few knives in this category, Gerber, Leatherman, off-brands... They each have their attractive points. Flash MT shows up , I bounce it in my hand... Oh, umm... and, open assist, and a lock that doesn't destroy your thumb, and MY GAWD IT'S SHARP! RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! And, it's getting better... The blade has settled in, and it opens without conscious effort or adjustment in your hand. The knife is holding its edge, and I haven't lost the driver bit! Customer Review, October 2022
